People make CLAAS…

… who we are and shape the values we stand for. In recent years, CLAAS Tractor has substantially expanded its development department. CLAAS Tractor increasingly dedicates itself to improving technology and electronics in order to make farmers’ lives easier, save fuel, protect resources and increase productivity. The main goals of the development department are to improve and maintain quality, boost efficiency and productivity and increase the flexibility of production. As a result, our teams collaborate more effectively. The CLAAS development and manufacture teams work hand in hand with each other to ensure that we are able to meet our customers’ high demands regarding quality and delivery. Major investments in technical and social competencies have been made at the same time, which have contributed to our success and continue to do so.

“If you make the right resources and support available to the people who need them, your employees will respond and will rise to higher expectations.” This has been the core principle guiding the CLAAS Tractor team in recent decades: to strive for perfection. How is this perceived now? Read our reports below.
